Warranties and trust are a fragile thing unless they are built on an established company and the strength of a company with a tradition of standing behind it’s workmanship, applications, installations and customer support.

At Basement Boss we offer three levels of transferrable warranty coverage to suit your waterproofing & water control needs:

5 year transferrable warranty
10 year transferrable warranty
20 year transferrable warranty

Basement Boss uses only the proven leaders in products such as pumps and other basement related products, which are covered under the manufacture warranty. Products covered under a manufacture warranty are replaced at no cost to the homeowner, however after 90 days of the initial installation a service call fee of $75.00 maybe applicable.

Note: Warranties are only honoured and valid upon receipt of your returned and completed bottom portion of your warranty form, returned within 60 days of the work completion date.

In the event non-warranted repairs are required to stop a leak, Basement Boss® may invoice the owner for the cost & labour of those repairs
